Can Anyone Identify This Dvr Card From Picture??? Need Any Info

I just got this card from a friend, but I cant find anything about it! There is no company name on it but what looks like a model number (LTC-V4R-C Ver 4.25) is stamped in the middle of the card. And I searched for it and come up with 0 results. There are four CONEXANT chips around the board (CONEXANT 878 WDM drivers seem to install and work properly but I'm not sure if its correct) video portion says "this device is working properly" but the audio portion looks like it installs but says "the drivers for this device are not installed". I don’t know what the pin-outs are for hooking up cameras so I can’t test it. However when the 878 WDM drivers are installed, Microsoft net meeting does list them as valid capture devices, however it’s only a blue screen.

Please, any info at all would be greatly appreciated!!! I have all my cameras installed but I can’t use them yet. Thanks!
