HELP!!! USB drive gone belly up!!!
I had a brown out yesterday and since then my htpc isn't recognizing my usb hard drive and BTV can't recognize my fusion hdtv usb adapter. My usb mouse can connect to any usb port on the motherboard no problem. I took my usb hard drive and connected it to my wifes laptop and her laptop recognized it immediatley. Is there any way to reset the usb ports on the motherboard?
Also I did a system restore to a previous date and it did not help.

Re: HELP!!! USB drive gone belly up!!!
I need to get a keyboard for my HTPC. I will try killing usb in the bios and rebooting, then re-enableing it and rebooting again. Hopefully I can devote sometime to this this weekend. I've been troubleshooting after ten o'clock the past two nights. Also I don't use any power protection but am seriously considering it now.
