SnapStream Media Center Suite
I sent an email to orders@snapstream.com a couple of days ago, but haven't gotten any response. I figured I'd ask here and maybe get a quicker response from someone who bought this. Is everything in the bundle shipped physically, or do you get the product keys for BTV and BM via email and only Firefly is shipped?

Everything is shipped physically. I just received mine.
BTV4.1 was in a DVD box and BM+Firefly were in the same box. I think you can ask them for download links and cd-keys by email, but I received my things in like 3 days so I didn't bother asking. |

I ordered the bundle a few weeks ago and had to wait for the physical CD to show up in order to get a CDKey. I tried to get one from Tech support and SS fullfillment, but I had to wait the 3 days for the package to show up. Not a huge loss!

Anytime you order a physical product (like a Firefly) with a bundle of Beyond TV or Beyond Media, you will not be emailed a code, it will come with the full retail box copy of the software.
