Exporting show descriptions
Hi all,
Im a new BeyondTV user recording everything I have always wanted to see but have missed because of work! I am comming up with about 25Gigs of compressed shows per day at my current rate. Most of these are documentaries and the like that I would like to keep, so I will be saving them off to long(er) term storage media than my rapidly filling HD. I would like a way to get the show description for each show so that I can store this in a database of recordings that will tell me which disk in my binder a given show is on. I have not be able to find a way to do so in the forums so far, the only thing I have found seemed to be doing something simliar for the radio but that was dated back to 2004. Does anyone have any experience with this? Maybe getting the show description exported out to the chapters XML file that BTV generates or something of the kind? Any input would be appreciated!
