how do you record to a VCR ??

I have alot of files that i would like to record to a VCR does anyone know of any software or a way to do this??

Do you have a TV-out connection on your video card? If not, then you're probably out of luck.

i have a hauppauge WinTV-dbx model 401 i was hopeing i could with that that is a main reason i bought the card i can record from a vcr to my computer i just want to do the opposite from a file to the vcr.
