Why Does SnapStream Ignore Posts?
It would appear that SnapStream has no regard to their loyal customers...
I purchased SnapStream a month ago and am still awaiting an e-mail reply to a question... Even if they're short-handed, how much effort does it take to keep up with these newsgroups--they're not receiving hundreds of messages a day.......... This software seems like a good product, but has lousy service; which I don't expect them to last long.............. Wake up SnapStream and listen to your customers and respond to their questions daily!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently spoke to a SS rep and they stated that they hired a guy to exclusively answer email and take over managing the discussion group. Hopefully this will improve customer service. SS is new company and they will make mistakes. Let's just hope they learn from them and improve their service.
