It's been answered before. Basically the diagram is a concept. I have done it myself by make a "Network Video Decoder" from a computer with TV out to my TV set in the living room. I use my computer in my room to setup the shows to record and I can watch them on my TV or my computer. An actual snapstream specific hardware solution isn't out yet.
