Best Tuner Card for streaming live tv?
Hi All.
I'm using BTV 3.4 and I want to be able to stream live tv to my pda (Audiovox XV6600). It's EVDO enabled so I should be able to stream a few hundred kbs easily. I tried using my old WinTV USB but the video ends up being choppy. (My processor is a 3200+, Win XP, 1 GB RAM). I was told that I need to a card with software encoding to get around this issue. What are the best cards out there that I can use for live streaming? Any other info you have on this would be very much appreciated.
