World Cup

I have just purchased a Haugpage WinTV stereo card and SS software in order to record the world cup games. Can anyone suggest what quality or recorded format I should use and how much space it will take up on my harddrive?

well i think you're a little late to start grabbing them, but i'm using 200kbits at 320x240 resolution which works rather well. at 76kbits/second for each game, it comes out to about 650 megs. so you might want to go with that if you intend to put them on cd. the video looks a bit fuzzy when they zoom out, but not horrific. I'd be using de-interlaced 640x480, but snapstream doesn't do de-interlacing at this point so we're stuck with low res.
