Programing using VCR Plus Codes
Would it be an infringement if you allowed recording entries using the VCR Plus Codes?

I believe TV Guide are the only ones using the VCR Plus codes(am I right?) If you use their guide data (GemStar) then you can use the codes since they are delievered with the guide. I don't believe that these codes are given with the Tribune Guide Data we are using.
