Snapstream/Hauppauge Coupon Not working

I am trying to purchase a downloaded copy of Beyond Tv as a christmas present but it keeps telling me that the coupon that I received with my Hauppauge Media MVP is incorrect. I just got this coupon last week with my new Media MVP what is wrong with it? I don't want to post the code in here but I am sure its the same for all the coupons.
