Canadian listings guide data help

I have just installed Beyond TV 3.5. I have a stupid question that I cant find any other posts for.

Why on the Web Admin is the guide data for StarCHoice Canada showing up but on the HTPC is shows no information in the guide?

your help is greatly appreciated.
