WMF stream to Samsung i700
I was wonding if many of you steam video to your mobile devices that are on a 1xRTT wireless connection. If you do, what qualities do you use? I tried using IPAQ\High but it the playback would kick out after 30 secs, the quality looked awsome though. 1xRTT can range from 30-144kbs, I wan't the best quality I can squeeze from this pipe. Would 2pass make a difference?
