From One PC to TWO TVs...
Help! I am looking to my fellow HTPC fanatics to solve an issue I am having at work.
I have a program that runs full screen and displays 3 presentaions in separate areas of the screen. Two of them show flash animations, the 3rd is a live TV feed. In the past I have successfully taken my ATI SVideo out, attached it to balun, sent it across the building via CAT5, into another balun and to the input of the plasma TV. Works great. I have a new location I need to do this with, but I am presented with two hurdles. The first is that the building is wired purely with CAT6. Black Box claims that balums do not work with CAT5e or CAT6. Something to do with the way it is wound, I guess. Secondly, I need to send this feed from one PC to TWO plasma TVs. Anyone know how I can accomplish this without the need for new cabling? Would something like the MediaMVP work? Thanks in advance for your help,
