What data is snapstream collecting from it's customers pc's - if any?

I am pretty sure they collect nothing. There is nothing in the EULA so they really can't legally.

Here's the link to our privacy policy. It is also in the setup wizard when you are installing Beyond TV.

The BTV Eula states:

Additionally, this collected system configuration information will never be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise distributed to any 3rd party.
Actually, we collect more information about you when you use the boards (birthday, etc) than in our software, but we don't use that information at all. The board will email you to wish you a happy birthday though.
