"double clicking / double entries" with X10 remotes (ATI, Niveus)

**edit** - never mind - found the solution in the snapstream knowledge base running a search on "twice"....

Hello all - i have the Niveus remote which is an X10 variant, same as the ATI wonder, etc. In BTV, the remote "double clicks" every time i use it - typing "1" gets "11" moving up moves up 2 menu items, you get the idea.

I'm not running girder or any other control software that i know of, i do have the x10nets.exe process running which loads up automatically as part of the remote startup.

I have seen a few people with the same problem but no fixes - I'm guessing that I'm somehow sending the same signal twice so it makes sense that it is conflicting control programs of some type.

anyone find a solution to this very irritating problem?

thx
