Hauppage PVR 250 PAL format?

Not sure if I'm in the right area for this question, but I live in Hawaii and have my BTV setup with a hauppage 250PVR... I'm getting ready to move to Fiji which has a PAL format for television... Will the hauppage card work with the PAL format??

Any answers would be greatly appreciated..

As far as i know (having lived in UK and USA), the answer is NO.
You're going to have to buy another card in Fiji.
If you want to buy it before getting there, make sure you get the right kind of PAL, i.g of whatever. There's a few versions of PAL, and getting the wrong one will be disappointing. (Germany and UK for example have different PAL standards. Many TVs now work with all standards, but better be SURE)

And of course, different main voltage and frequency....
