1) The Scheduler (www.titantv.com) I take it is a third party EPG. Snapstream plans on integrating the TV listings into the product itself. I don't believe that titan is a permanate solution. Whether or not a fee will be involved in getting this guide data I don't know. A good solution would be to use Gemstar to get guide data. I know my RCA tv does it and other programs that I have (ATI TV Listings, Pocket TV Listings) gets their data from gemstar and I don't have to pay for it.
2) Snapstream.net is actually two things. The first is Snapstream Anywhere. This service will allow you to give your snapstream server a DNS entry so you can access your computer without having to remember your ip. It will also update this entry if you ip changes. When you are signed up and properly configured every time you load snapstream it will contact the server with the new info. This service was working at one time but has since been taken offline.
The second service is a place where you can share your shows. A place where users can go to and get shows from other users on the net. I'm not sure if this is suppose to be a message board or just a lisitng of currently online and accessable servers. Legal implications(I believe) has suspended this service.
And for your last request you CAN! Just make a new directory where you want your files to go to and then create a new store in the configurations section. Point it to your new directory and reference it in your recording options. All your new recording will go into this new dir wherever it is. On a new drive or in a new directory.
