How good is SnapStream support?

I recently bought Beyond TV and ordered a USBUIRT through snapstream.
I have been unable to download the divx plugin even though I have build 1334 and the USB device is apparently faulty.

I have left a couple of e-mails with support and also left a phone message.

Can anyone tell me how responsive snapstream are to these types of support issues?

Simon

I probably could tell you PM your email address and I'll see if I can find out where your emails are...

Re: How good is SnapStream support?

Simon,

Could you send me a private message with the email address you're using when you submitted your support request(s)? I will then see if our system received and processed your email properly.

Also, the dates of when you sent the emails would be appreciated.

Re: How good is SnapStream support?

I have contacted support once via email and got a reponse within 24 to 36 hours. That's pretty good, I think.

Re: How good is SnapStream support?

I had only one customer that I couldn't get his issue fixed with BTV. Tech support got him up and running within 2 days of his email.

Friend of mine locally purchased the PVR250BTV package and had an interesting problem with no guide data and some XML stuff or the database blah blah etc... Tech support responded to him in 2 days and worked closely with him on the issue, put forth alot of effort, more than expected of them and I believe got him up and running.
