Signup for the beta and surf to the beta boards. The beta is on scheduled (last I checked) to be released today, it could slip a day or two, but its real close.

Is everyone who signs up to beta test going to have access to the open beta? Also, after I registered, I saw a place to enter in your BTV cd key and list computer profiles. Do these need to be done prior to obtaining the beta?

a little more info on this:
Your current BTV key will still work for the BTV 3.5 Server beta. The keys that will be generated are for use in testing the new network client and are attached to your server key. There's more information about this in the beta forums.

Is there some kind of hazing ritual I need to undergo to view the BTV 3.5 threads? I have a beta password, have installed the beta, but cannot access the forum. The password isn't working, nor is my beta password. What gives?

 . I just realized what you were doing. The BTV 3.5 board was for the closed beta it will be removed shortly. You want to goto the second board listed (the BTV beta board).Hazing is bad -Brett
