New IR tuner available for ADI Ocelot

Hi,

I've just finished writing a new IR tuner driver for BeyondTV that uses the IR facilities of the ADI Ocelot (a home automation controller that interfaces to the PC) to change the channel on an external set-top box.

It's highly configurable and can send additional IR codes before and after the channel change. For example, some Sky digiboxes are notorious for crashing and needing a soft power cycle to restart. To remedy this, I send the following commands when changing the channel with BeyondTV:
[list=1][*]Power, then wait 0.5 seconds[*]Discrete on, then wait 0.5 seconds[*]Backup, then wait 0.1 seconds[*]The channel digits[*]Backup[/list=1]
Thanks go to Mick Wall for developing the original Red Eye driver that I used as a starting point.
