Application for a Refund?

I recently purchased BeyondTV to allow for archiving my favorite shows to DVD using DivX compression.

Now however I find myself upgraded to version 3.4.4 and the ENTIRE reason I bought the product is gone. If I had known this was going to happen I would have purchased a different product.

Now, I feel SnapStream needs to either give me a refund or give me access to version 3.4.3 so that I can get Divx back.

Should I pursue this via Support or is there another avenue to take?

Just remove the 3.4.3.old extension so thats only a .exe extension and you should be fine for the time being.

Infact I think we are testing the plugin sometime this week unless I misunderstood something.

Ahh, that's great news. After I read that it would be available for an additional cost it didn't say that existing users would be grandfathered in.

I was unable to find the link to 3.4.3 on the website's Download page. But, if the plugin is coming out soon I will just turn off showsqueeze until the plugin is available.

Now THIS is truly helpful! It would be nice if Snapstream published these links for public access, as I've had very dismal performance with every release since 3.4.1. I would post my config and all the stuff I've tried to chop the choppiness out of the video feed, but it would just be echoing what I've read here anway.

Here's to keeping older versions about!
