My Prog. guide is an hour off?

My recordings are all mesed up!! My guide appears to have messed up around daylight savings time and I cant get it back to normal. Logging on to snapstream.net shows that on NBC Jay Leno starts around 10:30 which is normal, but on my guide through Beyond Tv it says that Jay starts at 9:30. This is for every channel, they are all wrong by an hour. I have tried to update the guide, and restart, and my time on the computer is correct. Any ideas?

make sure that the timezone in the windows time applet is correct on the bottom of the time tab and on the timezone tab, the label on the time tab should indicate that it is:
XXXXXX daylight time
where XXXXXX is your timezone, for instance
Eastern Daylight Time
for the eastern timezone.

Checked it out and it was on the right time zone. I will restart again tonight and see what happens.
I think this is all so funny!! When I first started all this htpc stuff, I installed everything on my desktop computer and spent a few weeks getting it all to work right and it was perfect. But then I got sick of not being able to use my desktop computer, so I thought I would build a dedicated machine and between my remote not working well and a bunch off other things, it isnt going too good. Im not sure if anyone else has had these problems, but they sure are frusterating! Looks like another few late nighters getting things tweaked a little more. Thanks for the help.
