WinTV Go vs. TV Wonder VE

OK, I know I am filling up the boards today, but I am anxious to get up and running and I since I do not have the cash to get the PVR-250, I need to decide between the two entry-level models. My PC is:

P4 1.3Ghz
Windows XP
256MB Ram
80GB HDD
Nvidia GeForce2 MX

Any advice on which model to buy?

Not to sound mean, but personally I would wait until I had the cash. Especially with that graphics card / cpu, you will be pushing it with either of those cards.

I agree with waiting. I bought the TV Wonder VE, and it just killed my PC CPU and memory (and my specs are better than what you'll be running).

The deal on the combo Hauppague 250and Beyond TV is hard to beat (and there's no comparison with the results!!)

I tried a wintv go card in a 1GHz P3 and it was a no go. Not even passible, skipping etc. Buying the 250 was the best thing I could have done.
