I bought a bundle including a PVR-250 and it was shipped in 24 hours and arrived 3 days after that.

However the cd could vary well not be the latest version.
You can ofcourse download the application and then click registered user during the install. When it ask for your product key click "lost key" and it will ask for your email address. It will then email you the product key. -Brett
