I run Snapstream v 2 in an educational enviroment (several machines recording all day every day) and I am bringing up a new stystem with more resources to replace the older one. Its a basic Gateway, p4, seral hd and an Audigy sound card. I get this issue where when I start a recording Snapstream mutes the line-in and I get no sound. I had the WinXP volume control applet open and started a recording, and right before my eyes the mute box gets checked. Anybody heard of that? Any ideas on what the issue might be?
Thanks -sean |

I see that now...
I went through every combination of settings following the Audigy problem articles 1075, 1061, 1148. I need to get it working, so I will probably just break down and buy an SB512 soundcard, which works in the other setups we have.
