Videoh and Media Player
I recently bought the Adaptec Videoh DVD Media Center USB2 and am trying out the trial version of BTV. The following occurs no matter if I use WinDVR or BTV:
Any mpegs I record (a TV show, for example) don't play right in Windows Media Player 9. They either show the first frame and freeze, or they play with a lot of jerkiness. However, the same files play fine in Intervideo's WinDVD 5. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance! BTW, the BTV software is very good, though I wish I could turn off the overlay display sometimes... ![]() System specs: Intel P4 HT @ 3.38Ghz w/ Aerocool 102 LE Asus P4P800 Deluxe mainboard Antec TrueControl 550W PSU 1GB DDR3200 ram ATI 9800XT video card 600GB hard drive space Buslink (NEC 1100A) DVD writer Benq DVD-ROM Audigy 2 sound card
