Unhappy Fixing the picture and sound
I just installed the program and I need help. How do I fix the picture? the picture is bad and the sound. Also how do I fix the channel line up to the tv guide? I'm new to this and I need help!!!!

I order for anyone to help you out they would need more information about your system such as processor speed, Capture device. video card and other vital system specs. Then you need to be more specific as to your problems. Simply telling that you have poor picture and sound is pretty generic. Also be a little patient sometimes it takes 24hrs or so to get feed back. This is an unofficial support forum made up of users and beta testers that just do this for fun. (not paid).

So take a deep breath and give us some more info and someone will likely have some answers for you.
