Digital Audio ?
Hi,
I was wondering if it was possible to get a sound card that will do either optical or composite audio out to my home theater ?

Audigy, 1,2 have it. but getting Dolby is another story.

I'm using an el-cheapo 7.1 channel card with a Via Envy chipset.

The digital output works great! But yes, you're really only going to be able to get real Dolby sound from a DVD.

sb live 5.1 will do digital out but again ditto on the dolby as mentioned above...
