The main reason I invested with SS instead of a Tivo are the subscription fees, and not being able to use dual tuners on current Tivos. Someone at Tivo finally read my emails. hmmm...

DirectTIVO had the ability to use two tuners. In fact when I had it, it could record two different programs while I watched another.

I miss it severly but unfortunately my damn apt faces the wrong way.

DirecTivos had dual tuners at release in mid-to-late 2000. They were enabled within months. It was always the plan. Your e-mails didn't make any difference . . .

What ever gave you the idea otherwise??
