what is smart chapter?
what is the smart chapter feature?
is it related to smartskip?

SmartChapters are the sections that are created from SmartSkip. They are highlighted alternating white/yellow and you can skip to the beginning of a "chapter" by pressing up (effectively skipping a commerical but can't really say that).

Smatt Chaptahs
That is what a BeyondTV user from massachusetts calls the automatically marked commercial breaks in a show.
