Best TV Out Card

HI,
What would be a good cheap card to output my video to the tv ? I guess it would be better if it had hardware decoding ?

Thanks

I was initally using a ATI Radeon 7500 but the TV out was not very good. I have since switched to an Nvidia FX 5200 and I am much happier.

I have worked with a Radeon 9000, 9600, and nVidia 5200. The 5200 produced the sharpest Windows Desktop but I find the video superior on the Radeons. I definitely found the hardware deinterlacing not as good on the 5200 but still acceptable. This is all speaking of SVideo out.

On a budget I would not hesitate to recommend a 5200 or a 9000 (or 9200).

I found the opposite to be true. I started with a Radeon 9600 and then tried an FX-5200 and like the video and text out on the FX better so I stayed with that.

Go figure.
