Program Guide

Weeks ago, I installed Beyond TV 3 and could not get the program guide to load. I looked at this board and took some advice. I uninstalled the software, cleaned out the registry, and re-installed. The program Guide worked fine for a number of weeks. I am having the same trouble today. I keep getting the "EPG Data is Low" message. It tries to download, never completes, and showl the "low" message. I checked out the board again, but I am at a loss as to what to do next. Has anyone else encountered this problem after re-installing?

Next, if the SnapStream program guide will not work, is there a good place to read about alternate program guides that will work with Beyond TV. I think that there GUI is OK and would like to continue to use their software to be able to record and playback.

Also if you played with the registry you might want to check the log that you did not kick it in tamper mode.

The Registry is good and I had printed that article and it did not help. It seems to me that the most important thing is that it was working after the re-install and then stopped again.
