No customer service?
Today is Wed, Jan. 21, 2004. I placed an order Sun, Jan. 18, 2004. I received the email telling me my order was successful and that I would receive an email with my product code and downloading instructions. I waited for a couple of hours and nothing.
On Monday I sent an email and left a voice mail w/ snapstream after checking my email again for the product code and/or the download instructions. I received no reply, but wasn't real concerned being MLK day, order placed on a Sunday, etc.
On Tuesday afternoon, I sent yet another email. No replies.
Wednesday, sent yet another email. Called and tried working through automated attendent to reach a live person. No luck, so I finally left a voice mail on the instructed box. Received no call backs at all. Thinking maybe the system was just down on Sunday, I placed another order, knowing I can get a refund for one of them if they both end up going through. 4 hours later and I STILL have not received a product code!!!!!! I've tried going through the system to receive another email if some reason it was not delivered. That doesn't work either. Can anyone please tell me what I have to do to get the product codes I payed for?
