Instead of using 3rd party DNS to connect to my snapstream server...

What about making it a part of Snapstream.net? Since the machine connects to check for remote recordings, why can't it also update it's IP and then have a link on my Snapstream.net page? This would be a great feature for remote viability!

I asked for this a long time ago. I even put in a featuer request, to, at the very least, allow you to create a link on your SS.net page to your home system. Zack said he thought that was a good idea, but apprently no one else did, or the request got lost in the shuffle somewhere. Then again they haven't made many changes on the SS.Net side in quite some time. At least nothing I can see.
