SS not deleting progs, not showing up in Web Interface

OK. I think SS has done this since I installed it long ago, but now the problem is becoming more and more prevalent.

These two symptoms occur together:

1. When I delete shows from the FSGUI, everything seems okay, but the program stays in the list, regardless of how many times I delete it. SOmetimes, after deleting a show, it stays with a little "lock" icon (indicating I've saved it) but will go away after the second delete attempt.

2. At the same time (I have four folders) the listing of recorded shows will not appear AT ALL in one, two or three of the folders, depending on its mood.

Any ideas? Seems like a database problem, but I don't know how to force a rebuild. (Though I've been told it builds it at every startup)

i have the same problem.

65g2 shuttle, Intel P4, 512MB RAM, XP pro, PVR250/Beyond TV kit

wont delete recorded programs no matter how many times i try to delete.
