Problems with video after installing PVR350

I am running snapstream and recently upgraded my tuner card from an ATI to a Hauppauge PVR 350.

Here is my setup -

I use PVR/Snapstream to record the video
I use Prismiq to play the video from my computer to my 47" TV (not through my video card on my computer) over my home area network.

Ever since I have installed the PVR, the scan lines are very evident on my TV. I assume this is interlacing. I know it is not the Prismiq causing the problem because it plays back my previous recordings from the ATI and DVD without all of the scan lines being so visible. It only occurs when I make a recording with Hauppauge PVR. Is there a way to change the Interlacing on the recording?

In BTV3, do you have deinterlace turned off? If not, turn it off. This is not needed when you have a standard tv.
