terratec cinergy 400

Hello,

to the beginning, sorry for my bad english and my stupid question.
I use amd 2400+, geforce 4800 se, terratec cinergy 400 and sountblaster audigy player.

i installed the trail and beginn with the setup wizzard.
country: germany
broadcast: standard cable (i have cable at home, see pic)
capture device: cinergy 400 TV capture
video format: pal_b
auto scan: he search the channels and find ~ 40
audio input: soundblaster has been selected as your audio device (when i check the challes i hear nothing)
Testing: i hear on all channels nothing and see only grey pixel

with for example windvr work all fine, but this program is not so good. i hear only good from personalvideo station and will try it now.

can sombody help me?
