Command to Start Full Screen Mode for Remote?

I am using the Hauppauge Silver remote that came with the PVR-250 and am wondering how I can make the green "power" button activate full screen mode? Also, I have tried creating a desktop icon for SS so that my wife can easily launch full screen mode when I forget to relaunch from the taskbar, but I get an error saying there is already an instance of SS running.

This has become even more important to me because I am thinking of using an RF remote and streaming the video signal wirelessly upstairs for another TV.

from the kb for command line switches (edit the desktop icon and add one of these):

to control the green button you would need to edit the c:\windows\irremote.ini file and under the section labeled [Default] you would have to edit the line (or add it if it isnt there)

GRNPOWER={run(<path to wtlpvsapp.exe> /<command line switch>)}

then restart the ir software
