Third party program guide

Assuming I have an XMLTV grab file, does anyone know of a way I can get this converted into an IIS web site, which I can then point to via the "Third party program guide" within PVS?

I'm aware of the tutorial that has already been written that does something similar:
http://www.snapstream.com/Community/Articles/progguide/

But the above requires the PVS importer and the win32 packaged version of XMLTV.
http://pvsxmlimport.sourceforge.net/

I want to get access to the Australian TV guide info, which I have an XMLTV grabber for (installed in RedHat 9), over to an internal IIS web server that I'm running on my home network.
The reason for this is that the PVS importer doesn't seem to want to import my XMLTV file directly - see other recent post on this.

Thanks,
Ron.
