I am giving up on this feature

Ok,

I am giving up on the feature where the Snapstream interface can control my Dishnetwork receiver.

I purchased a MyBlaster and it seems to be working correctly.

I downloaded HERemote which seems to like ot change the channel when it wants.

People have suggested changing the irtuner.tvt file, but that is only for another brand of IR, not the MyBlaster....

So are there ANY other programs I can try to make this work??

Looking at the MyBlaster your ONLY option for this device is HERemote.

What problems are you having with HERemote.

This device hasn't been tested with SnapStream and the TVR file that everyone was trying to help you find was related to the IR200L.

I didn't even know this item existed until this thread.

I know this thread started some time ago, but I wanted to make sure that MyBlaster was working for you with SnapStream.

In addition to HE Remote, we now have a separate "native" library that supports the SnapStream/MyBlaster combo. You can get it at http://www.mytvstore.com/snapstream.html

you are going to want to edit that instruction page, the new BeyondTV version doesnt store stuff in this path anymore:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Personal Video Station\tuner
they are now in the "Snapstream\Beyond TV\Tuner" folder

Thanks - yeah - that page is now out of date. We actually have a real installer now that places the libraries in the appropriate locations for both Beyond TV and PVS versions.
