Snap Stream and VooDoo3500tv

Has any one out there goten this card to work correctly with snapstream? I can get it to correctly change channels and it attempts to record in WDM for the capture interface but it runs until the recording is over then it crashes and never writes the file. if i put it in VFW capture interface and WDM tuner it only records from channel 4 on cable no matter what i do but it actually records this is very annoying and was wondering if any one out there has actually made this card work yet

I made two attempts with a clean load of Win2K. I was able to get it to start and complete a recording, but the frame rate was very poor in all settings, and the audio was out of sync about 2 minutes into every recording.

I've still got the 3500TV in my system as my display adapter, but I added a 3-year old Hauppauge board (which was actually removed when I "upgraded" to the 3500TV), and it's worked flawlessly since.

i tried the v3 3500 tv card in win2k also. it worked if i set the quality to low dsl/cable, but recordings set to higher qualities were very jerky & had tons of dropped frames.

i attributed that to the fact that i had a KT-133 chipset based board (abit kt7 / duron 700), but there may be more to the v3 story...
