cam captures

can i use this product to capture streaming video off the internet such as live web cams?

I can't belive you asked, but here ya go. If you have a composit or S-Video input on your TV card you should be able to open it's "hardware wizzard" mines a WIN-TV Hap. I just bring up my TV watching program and change the configuration to composite input. Try that and see what happens. BTW -- you'll have to set it back to cable before you can record regular TV.
