pvs200wm9fix.zip

Can someone attach pvs200wm9fix.zip to a email and send it to me? Tech support provided a link and a id password but they didn't work.

The link and password work. The password is case-sensitive; uppercase letters must be uppercase, lowercase letters must be lowercase.

download id and password

You are right, I was using copy/paste and I was copying the blank following the id, and that didn't work, when I typed in the ID it worked OK.
Thanks,

Yeah, dangit... I'm sorry, I noticed that space once, but figured the password would be the field people would be copying. I'll go delete it so that this doesn't happen again. Sorry.
