Cisco RNG200 Box goes into standby
Hello - I have searched through various threads but did not seem to get something that I could use. I recently moved and Comcast installed a Cisco RNG200 as my HD receiver (without the DVR functions). The RNG200 seems to go into a sleep/standby mode after about 3-4 hours of inactivity. Of course when it wakes up it needs to go through a series of button pushes to get it to a place where you can actually tune to a station. This causes problems when trying to schedule a recording (with my HDPVR). Has anyone thought of a good way to keep this HD tuner from going into its standby/sleep mode?
Thanks, ejb
