To whom do I direct guide/provider issues to?

Our local cable company was at lager heads with Fox over fees to rebroadcast the signal over cable once their last contract was up. For over a week, the two channels in question were out of service. However, the two parties have come to an agreement, and the channels are back in service. Yet a few days ago, my BTV agent tray icon notified me that the Fox channels have been removed from my lineup. I know for a fact they are back in business. Who do I need to contact to correct my lineup?

Thanks,

Cary

I think just logging a help desk ticked will do the trick!
