Upgrade should not replace firefly configuration

Every time I install a new BeyondTV upgrade, it seems to overwrite my firefly mini options. Specifically, I set a custom application (the windows task manager) to run when the firefly button is pressed, and that setting reverts to "Run Beyond TV" after the upgrade. I always have BeyondTV running (but it may not be the foreground task), so that button is useless until I remember that I have to go change it again (and try to tell me -- quick -- what is the task manager binary?).

Of course, besides fixing this part of the upgrade logic, it would also make sense to have the "Run Beyond TV" just take care of bringing Beyond TV to the foreground when the button is pressed if it's already running in the background.
