Poor Playback quality.

Hardware WINTV PVR UBS2 OS. VISTA Prem. When recording, or watching a recording in progress, or watching Live TV the picture quality is poor using Beyond TV ( 4.7.1) eg watch a hockey game / any sports. The picture looks like a bad video camera compared to the origial broadcast. Using the WINTV App that comes with the WINTV USB2 device all displays and records well. Also using Vista Media Center all is well. I have tried all the combinations with the playback settings and nothing helps. Most settings makes this worse.

Any Ideas.
