BTV Control Slingbox

Does anyone know how to get the BTV to have the Slingbox change the channels on the cable box?
Since My Slingbox is connected to my network and the Slingbox has an IRblaster connected to the Cablebox (MOTOROLA QIP6200)
I am trying to find a way to have the BTV use the Slingbox Remote Control to change the channel on the Cablebox.
It is only logical as they are both on the computer and they both need to be connected to the cablebox.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
