old Dish Network 2700 receiver and Haup pvr-150

Hi Guys,

After discovering MANY codes that work with the old Dish 2700 slave receiver in the Hauppauge IRBlaster utility but do NOT work in Beyond TV...... using code of 138 or 139 (can't remember which since am at work right now)

However, Beyond TV will still not "send power on before channel change" to my 2700.

Do I need to keep exploring other codes and keep trying?

As long as I leave the 2700 reciever on, all is good, but I know someone at my house will shut it off accidentally and nothing will get recorded some day.

I think I saw someone write in the forums about pasting an irtuner.txt file or something like that??????

Any thoughts?

You should leave it turned on... tape a warning over the button not to turn it off if someone might be inclined to.

srry there is no way to do that iirc because if you could then you run the risk of turning it off before a recording if it is already on.
